In 2024, Thomas Robinson, Founding Principal at LEVER, presented his firm’s body of work, with a focus on new timber typologies, including LEVER’s own office, Albina Yard, the first building in the United States made from domestically fabricated Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), Adidas’ North American headquarters, the first timber concrete hybrid in the United States, and Spring Street, the first major CLT and steel hybrid structure in Los Angeles.
