At Design Experience in March 2019, Yosuke Hayano, Principal partner at MAD, explored the idea of architecture as an emotional connection to nature. Hayano shared his views on the future of cities and the importance of spaces for people to reflect and spiritually connect with their surrounding environment, and the challenge of our generation to find a methodology that harmonises architecture with diverse natural environments.
